Jennifer Worwornyo

Jennifer Worwornyo is a results-driven Human Resources Professional with expertise in manpower planning, recruitment and employee engagement. With a strong background in employee relations and HR policy implementation, she has made significant contributions to streamlining HR processes and enhancing workforce diversity. Jennifer works with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Data Analytics & HRM at the University of Leeds, UK and holds a certification from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.
